What drew you to Regenerate Strength? Why were we different?
I liked the wholistic approach to health & fitness which REGENERATE Strength represents, both in theory and especially in practice.
How would you describe your experience with individualized program design and what it’s like to have your own coach?
It's been great to have my own coach and especially Coach David Downey -- who understands many dimensions of physical fitness: not just brute strength but a co-ordinated approach to an integral life, including nutrition as well as muscle mass. The individualized program designed by David has suited me very well in my rather restricted times for significant exercise.
Why would you recommend Regenerate Strength?
REGENERATE Strength gives priority to the individual where he or she is in life's course: young, middle-aged, or in one's senior years (as in my case). The individualized program is worked out with True Coach and is calibrated to where the participants is -- in life, relative strength, overall health. This is a unique opportunity to enhance one's ongoing life circumstance, especially in the challenging time of the COVID pandemic. This opportunity is highly recommended.
