MORE THAN A VIRTUAL WORKOUT

Your Regenerate Strength Professional Remote Coach does more than just provide you a workout. In order to achieve the goals that are important to you, your Coach must take a number of key factors into account: UNDERSTANDING WHAT MATTERS MOST TO YOU – YOUR GOALS. YOUR PRIORITIES.

You begin with an in-depth video consult to help us understand who you are, what's important to you and what, ultimately, you are looking to achieve. To receive the best plan for you, your Coach has to know what stressors you have, what your daily routine looks like and how your sleep and nutrition habits will impact any fitness prescription that is designed.

A RELATIONSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT FROM A PROFESSIONAL COACH:
Anyone can provide you with a templated workout routine. The difference is in the relationship you have with the person providing that routine. To be effective, your Coach MUST know you inside and out, be able to adapt your program as life happens and be trusted to be there when you need them most.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

 

THOROUGH ASSESSMENT

You will complete a full assessment, remotely, which will help you and your Coach build an accurate picture of where you currently sit with your health, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. This will lay the foundation for your program by gaining clarity on your goals and how, together, you and your Coach will achieve them. 

FULLY INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM

Your program is delivered to you by your Coach after careful consideration from your assessment, the amount of time you can devote to your goals, as well as available equipment. There are no templates, your program is unique to you. Communication and access to your Coach is easy through our online coaching platform, TrueCoach.

MONTHLY CONSULTATIONS WITH YOUR COACH

The monthly consult is your time to ensure you are getting the most out of your program. Progress is not always linear, sometimes your priorities and goals change. Having 30 minutes every month to discuss your successes, failures, challenges and any support needed, is what helps keep you on track and moving in a positive direction. 

CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION PLAN

As with your fitness program, your nutrition will be based on your goals, as well as helping you build healthy habits and learn how your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle are all connected.

LIFESTYLE GUIDANCE

Sleep, stress, hydration, digestion, mental/emotional wellness are crucial to your success. Your Coach is trained to help you ensure that all of these aspects are taken into account when designing your program. To unlock your true potential, and achieve not only your initial goals, but the ones you never thought possible, you and your Coach must discuss these aspects was part of your on-going Coach/Client relationship. 

THE PROCESS

 
  1. GET IN TOUCH.

Book your Complimentary Zoom Discovery Call below to speak with a Coach to determine how you will benefit and why OPEX will be a good fit for you.

2. CONSULTATION.

You will speak with your Coach about your goals, your priorities, your challenges and what matters most to you. This will be an hour-long call conducted over Zoom video conferencing.

3. ASSESSMENT.

Your Coach will set you up on TrueCoach and you will run through a movement assessment remotely. This helps you and your Coach understand where your current level of fitness is and what will need to be implemented for your plan to be successful.

 

4. YOUR PLAN.

Based on both your consultation and assessment, your coach will then have the data necessary to design your individualized plan. This will include not only the fitness component, but the lifestyle and nutrition habits that are necessary for you to achieve success and accomplish your goals.

5. FEEDBACK.

Your Coach will assess and review the results you provide through TrueCoach and give you the daily and/or weekly feedback you need to remain on track. This will be provided through analysis of workout results and videos which can all be submitted through your TrueCoach account.

6. MONTHLY CONSULTATION.

The most important aspect of your Coach/Client relationship is your monthly consult. Each month you and your Coach will have a 30-minute video consultation to review progress, address any lifestyle or nutrition changes/challenges and set new targets and goals for the next month.
