12-Week Jump-Start Program
Being autonomous with your fitness is incredibly empowering. At Regenerate Strength, autonomy is our goal with every client, but not every client is ready to be fully autonomous with their fitness, and that’s OK! Our 12-Week Jump-Start Program was designed to ensure that you get the one-on-one in person Coaching support you need, while you and your Coach work to develop a solid foundation and relationship. If you’ve never had a Coach, this program is your opportunity to have that experience and develop the habits necessary to be successful with your individualized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle program.

Customized Nutrition Breakdown
Full breakdown and report including macros and sample meals.
Full Assessment
Consultation, movement assessment, work capacity testing & recommended approach.
Monthly Consults
Video check-in with your coach every 4 weeks to discuss the direction of your program.
