12-WEEK JUMP START
Build the Structure Your Fitness Has Been Missing.
You’ve probably started workout programs before.
The problem usually isn’t knowing that you should exercise. It’s building the structure, consistency, and understanding that allows you to keep progressing when motivation fades or life gets busy.
The 12-Week Jump Start combines individualized programming, nutrition guidance, education, accountability, and ongoing coaching to help you build a fitness routine you actually understand—and can continue building on.

MORE THAN A 12-WEEK PROGRAM
You Don’t Need Another “Program.”
Most people who come to me already know they should exercise. Many have trained before. They’ve followed workouts, joined gyms, tried apps, or started programs with every intention of sticking with them.
The problem usually isn’t a lack of effort.
It’s that nobody ever helped them build the structure around their training that makes progress sustainable.
Motivation can get you started. But motivation comes and goes.
Discipline is what keeps you moving when motivation fades — and discipline gets easier when you have a clear plan, accountability, and a reason behind what you’re doing.
Jump Start is designed to change that.
Over 12 weeks, we’re not just working through a series of workouts. We’re learning what works for you—how you train, how you recover, where you need more support, and what needs to change when life doesn’t go according to plan.
Twelve weeks can change a lot.
But only if you learn something along the way.
The goal isn’t just to complete 12 weeks. It’s to leave those 12 weeks more capable than when you started.
WHAT YOU’RE BUILDING
Twelve Weeks of Structure, Coaching, and Progress.
Jump Start isn’t one workout repeated for three months.
It’s a coached process designed to help you understand your training, build consistency, and make better decisions about what your body needs.
01 — INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING
Your training is built around you.
Your workouts are designed around your goals, current abilities, schedule, available equipment, and what we learn about how your body responds.
The program evolves as you do.
02 — NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Support the work you’re asking your body to do.
We’ll address the nutrition habits that matter most for your goals, recovery, energy, and consistency—without turning your life into a food spreadsheet.
04 — ACCOUNTABILITY
Consistency gets easier when someone is paying attention.
You’ll have clear expectations, regular feedback, and a coach helping you stay connected to the goal when motivation fades and discipline has to take over.
03 — EDUCATION
Understand what you’re doing and why.
You’ll learn how your program is structured, what we’re trying to accomplish, and how to make better training decisions instead of blindly following workouts.
05 — ONGOING COACHING
The plan adjusts when life does.
Questions come up. Schedules change. Some things work better than others.
We use your feedback, performance, recovery, and progress to decide what needs to happen next.
The goal isn’t to make you dependent on a 12-week program.
It’s to help you become more capable of managing your fitness after it ends.
IS JUMP START RIGHT FOR YOU?
You Don’t Need to Be a Beginner.
You Don’t Need to Have It All Figured Out Either.
Jump Start works best for someone who is ready to train, but knows that simply having access to workouts hasn’t been enough.
You may already know your way around a gym. You may have exercised for years. Or you may be getting serious about strength training for the first time.
What matters more is that you’re ready to build some structure around what you’re doing.
THIS MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
You’ve exercised before, but struggle to stay consistent
You can perform many exercises independently
You’re tired of bouncing between workouts, apps, or programs
You want to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing
Nutrition feels more complicated than it needs to be
You want accountability without needing a trainer beside you for every workout
You’re ready to commit to 12 weeks of focused work
You want to become more confident managing your fitness
NEED MORE HANDS-ON COACHING?
That doesn’t rule Jump Start out.
Jump Start can be combined with Private Studio Training or Private In-Home Training when more hands-on coaching would help you learn movements, build confidence, or work through specific limitations.
And if the bigger issue is that your health, nutrition, sleep, stress, or lifestyle needs more foundational support before fitness can really take hold, RHMC Foundations may be the better starting point.
The point isn’t to fit you into Jump Start. It’s to determine whether Jump Start fits you.
WHAT THE FIRST 12 WEEKS ARE REALLY ABOUT
We’re Building Your Operating System.
The workouts matter. So do the nutrition, accountability, and coaching.
But underneath all of it, I’m trying to learn how you respond—and help you learn the same thing.
What can you do well right now?
How much training can you recover from?
Where do you need more practice or support?
What happens when work gets busy, sleep suffers, or your schedule changes?
What actually helps you stay consistent?
The answers give us better information for deciding what comes next.
CAN YOU EXPRESS IT?
Can you perform what we’re asking your body to do with enough control and competence to train it effectively?
CAN YOU RECOVER FROM IT?
Can your body absorb the training and be ready to continue progressing?
DOES IT SERVE A PURPOSE?
Does what we’re doing actually move you toward the life, performance, and capabilities you told me you want?
By the end of 12 weeks, I should understand much more about how to coach you.
And you should be much more capable of training yourself.
NEED MORE SUPPORT?
Jump Start Doesn’t Have to Be Remote-Only.
Some clients are perfectly comfortable executing their training independently.
Others benefit from having me beside them for certain workouts—especially early on while we’re learning movements, building confidence, or working through limitations.
That’s why Jump Start can be combined with Private Studio Training or Private In-Home Training.
THE AMOUNT OF SUPPORT CAN CHANGE.
You might start with more private sessions while you learn the program, then gradually need fewer as your confidence and capability improve.
Or there may be times when we temporarily add more hands-on coaching because your goals change, we introduce something new, or you simply need more support.
You’re not locked into one level of coaching for all 12 weeks.
The program stays individualized.
So does the amount of support.
Your Assessment helps us determine the right combination to start with.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Jump Start Still Starts With an Assessment.
Before I recommend Jump Start—or whether additional hands-on coaching would benefit you—I need to understand where you’re starting.
Your Assessment gives me a clear picture of your:
Goals & Training History
Movement
Physical Capabilities
That information helps me determine whether Jump Start is the right fit, how your program should begin, and what level of coaching support makes sense.
You don’t need to know whether Jump Start is right for you before we meet.
That’s part of what the Assessment is for.
