REMOTE COACHING
Your Program. Your Schedule. A Coach Still in Your Corner.
You’re capable of training on your own. That doesn’t mean you should have to figure out everything on your own.
Remote Coaching gives you an individualized strength program built around your goals, abilities, schedule, and available equipment—with ongoing coaching to make sure the program continues to fit you as you progress.
Individualized programming • Ongoing support • Train on your schedule
MORE THAN A VIRTUAL WORKOUT
You Can Train on Your Own. You Don’t Have to Program on Your Own.
Remote Coaching is for people who are comfortable training independently and doing the work—but still want an experienced coach making sure that work is actually moving them toward their goals.
You don't need me standing beside you for every rep.
You need a program built specifically for you, a clear understanding of what we're trying to accomplish, and someone paying attention to how you're progressing.
I build your training. You execute it on your schedule. Then we use your performance, feedback, recovery, and progress to determine what comes next.
You get the independence to train on your own without being left on your own.
MORE THAN A PROGRAM
What Remote Coaching Actually Includes.
Remote Coaching gives you the structure of an individualized training program with the oversight of a coach who continues to pay attention.
Your workouts live in TrueCoach, but the app is simply how the program gets delivered. The coaching is what makes it work.
01 — YOUR PROGRAM
Built specifically for you.
Your training is designed around your goals, abilities, schedule, available equipment, and what we've learned about how you respond to training.
It isn't a template—and it isn't the same program you’ll be doing six months from now.
02 — TRUECOACH
Your training, organized and accessible.
Your workouts are delivered through TrueCoach with exercises, instructions, videos, sets, reps, tempo, rest periods, and other details you need to train confidently on your own.
You log your training so I can see what you're actually doing—not just what I prescribed.
03 — COACH SUPPORT
I'm still paying attention.
Questions come up. Schedules change. Exercises don't always feel the way we expect.
You have direct access to me for questions, feedback, and adjustments rather than waiting until the end of a program to discover something wasn't working.
04 — NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE
Training doesn't happen in a vacuum.
Nutrition, sleep, stress, recovery, and the rest of your life affect what you can adapt to.
We'll address the pieces that are relevant to your goals rather than pretending the workout is the only thing that matters.
05 — MONTHLY COACH CONSULT
We keep the bigger picture in view.
Each month we'll connect to review how things are going, discuss progress and obstacles, and make sure your training still matches where you're trying to go.
The program should evolve because you are evolving.
The workouts are delivered remotely. The coaching isn't.
READY TO TRAIN MORE INDEPENDENTLY?
Is Remote Coaching Right for You?
Remote Coaching works best when you’re comfortable doing the training—but want an experienced coach making sure you’re doing the right training.
You don’t need to know everything. You don’t need perfect technique. And you certainly don’t need years of training experience.
But you should have enough familiarity with exercise that you can walk into your gym, open your program, and get to work.
THIS MAY BE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:
Can perform most exercises independently
You’re comfortable training without a coach standing beside you for every set, even if you still need instruction or feedback from time to time.
Have access to the equipment you need
Whether you train at a commercial gym, home gym, or somewhere else, you have a consistent place to complete your program.
Want structure instead of guessing
You’re tired of piecing together workouts, repeating the same routine, or wondering whether what you’re doing is actually moving you forward.
Want accountability without constant supervision
You can do the work. You just do better knowing someone is paying attention, reviewing your progress, and expecting you to follow through.
Want your program to evolve with you
Your goals, schedule, capabilities, recovery, and life will change. You want your training to change with them.
NOT QUITE THERE YET?
That's Okay. Remote Coaching Doesn't Have to Be Your Starting Point.
If you need more hands-on instruction, help learning movements, or more coaching support while you build confidence, Private Studio Training or Private In-Home Training may make more sense right now.
If you can train independently but need more structure, education, and accountability to build a solid training foundation, the 12-Week Jump Start may be the better starting point.
And as your capabilities and confidence grow, your level of coaching can change with you.
The goal isn't to put you into Remote Coaching. It's to figure out the kind of coaching that will help you succeed.
BUILT FOR THE LONGER GAME
Your Program Should Have Time to Evolve.
Remote Coaching works because we don't write one program and leave you with it.
As you train, I learn more about how you respond. Your strength changes. Your work capacity changes. Your schedule changes. Your goals may change too.
The longer we work together, the more information we have to make your training better.
That's why Remote Coaching is offered as an ongoing coaching relationship rather than a one-time workout plan.

You're Not Committing to the Same Program for a Year.
You're committing to the coaching relationship.
Your training should change as you change. We'll continue to assess what's working, what isn't, how you're responding, and what your body needs next.
The program evolves because you do too.
WHERE COACHING SHOULD LEAD
Good Coaching Should Make You More Capable.
Remote Coaching isn't about removing the coach from the equation. It's about changing what you need your coach for.
You may not need me standing beside you for every rep. But there's still value in having someone build the plan, watch the bigger picture, make adjustments, answer questions, and help you decide what comes next.
The goal is greater independence—not less coaching.
For some clients, Remote Coaching is where we begin. For others, it's where we arrive after a period of more hands-on training.
And your needs will continue to change.
There may be times when more hands-on coaching makes sense—to learn something new, work through a limitation, or pursue a different goal. Other times, Remote Coaching may be exactly the amount of support you need.
THE LONG-TERM GOAL
The goal isn't to need your coach less.
It's to need your coach differently.
More capable. More confident. More independent. Still supported.
The level of support can change. The coaching relationship doesn't have to.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Remote Coaching Still Starts With an Assessment.
Being able to train independently doesn't mean we should guess at what you need.
Before I build your program, I need to understand your goals, training history, movement, physical capabilities, work capacity, available equipment, lifestyle, and what you want your body to be able to do.
Your InBody scan also gives us objective information about body composition that we can use when it's relevant to your goals.
But just as importantly, the Assessment helps us answer one important question:
Is Remote Coaching actually the right amount of support for you?
If you're ready to train independently, we can build from there.
If you'd benefit from more hands-on coaching first, I'll recommend that instead.
REGENERATE STRENGTH ASSESSMENT — $249
Goals & Training History • Movement • Physical Capabilities • Work Capacity • InBody • Personalized Workout
You don't have to know which coaching service you need before we meet. That's part of what the Assessment is for.
READY TO GET STARTED?
Your Training Is Yours.
You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone.
You don’t need someone standing beside you for every workout to benefit from experienced coaching.
Tell me what you want your body to be able to do, where you train, and what kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll figure out the right place to start.
Free • No obligation • No workout required
“My Coach follows up on the program. Checks in with me regularly. He quickly responds to requests and the data I provide to him, and comments on it. He has accommodated changes I needed in programming for whatever reason. I've been meeting with my coach remotely due to the pandemic and the fact that I live in another county. But it feels intimate and personal and that someone is right there with me as I am working out daily.”
