RESULTS
Real People. Real Coaching. Real Progress.
There isn't one definition of success at Regenerate Strength.
For one person, it's getting stronger. For another, it's moving with more confidence, returning to something they love, improving body composition, performing better, or simply becoming more consistent than they've ever been.
The goal isn't to create my version of fitness for you.
It's to help you create yours.
YOUR DEFINITION OF PROGRESS
Your Goal Defines the Result.
One of the first things I ask a client is what they actually want their body to be able to do.
Not what a fitness app says they should want. Not what someone their age is “supposed” to be able to do. And not what happens to be popular in fitness right now.
Your goal. Your life. Your definition of progress.
For some clients, that means adding muscle or getting stronger. For others, it's losing body fat, moving better, improving energy, returning to a sport, keeping up with their kids, or staying capable and independent as they get older.
And sometimes the biggest result isn't something you can easily measure.
It's realizing you aren't intimidated by the gym anymore. It's trusting your body again. It's finally staying consistent. It's doing something you weren't sure you'd ever be able to do again.
01 — STRENGTH
Lift more. Carry more. Become more physically capable.
02 — BODY COMPOSITION
Build muscle, reduce body fat, and create sustainable physical change.
03 — PERFORMANCE
Run, ride, hike, compete, or perform at a higher level.
04 — MOVEMENT
Move with greater confidence, control, and physical freedom.
05 — CONSISTENCY
Build training into your life instead of repeatedly starting over.
06 — LONGEVITY
Maintain the strength and capability to keep doing what matters to you.
The result matters because it matters to you.
That's enough reason for us to train for it.

I'd love to hear about your experience.
FEATURED CLIENT STORY
Rachel Didn't Need More Workouts. She Needed the Right Plan.
Rachel was already exercising regularly. Effort wasn't the problem. She had spent years training on her own, but wasn't seeing the progress she wanted.
She didn't need more to do. She needed a plan built around her.
THE COACHING
That meant looking beyond exercises and sets.
Her goals mattered. So did her lifestyle, physiology, schedule—and the reasons those goals mattered to her.
Her program gave her the structure to keep moving forward with the flexibility to train on her own schedule.
THE RESULT
Rachel gained something more valuable than another workout plan: a clearer path forward.
She had the guidance and accountability she was looking for while still taking ownership of her training.
Because good coaching shouldn't make you more dependent on your coach.
It should make you more capable.
“Dave takes the time to understand not only what my goals are, but the meaning behind them.”
— Rachel
DIFFERENT PEOPLE. DIFFERENT GOALS.
Progress Looks Different for Everyone.
There isn't one type of Regenerate Strength client—and there isn't one definition of a successful result.
Some want to get stronger. Some want to move better. Some need more structure, more accountability, or a smarter way to train. Others simply want to keep doing the things they love for as long as possible.
Different goals. Different starting points. Different levels of support.
The common thread is coaching built around the person.
CONSISTENCY & STRUCTURE
Mischa
Mischa had tried plenty of online fitness programs before. Starting wasn't the problem. Sticking with them was.
She wasn't even sure she'd make it through the 12 weeks.
This time, she started with an Assessment, followed an individualized plan, and had ongoing communication that allowed her training to adjust as she progressed.
The result was something she'd struggled to create before:
“I didn't miss a single workout.”
— Mischa
STRENGTH & SMARTER TRAINING
DaAnne
DaAnne already loved fitness and staying active. Effort wasn't the problem.
But after years of group classes and a biking accident that caused her to rethink how she was training, she wanted a more individualized approach.
Her training became less about simply doing more and more about building strength with a plan designed around her.
“I have gained so much strength and muscle since I started with Regenerate Strength!”
— DaAnne
STRENGTH FOR LONGEVITY
Ed
Ed isn't training to chase someone else's definition of fitness. He's training to support the life he wants to keep living.
His program accounts for where he is in life as an octogenarian—his current abilities, overall health, and the time he realistically has available to train.
For Ed, individualized coaching means meeting him where he is—and building strength and capability from there.
“REGENERATE Strength gives priority to the individual where he or she is in life's course.”
— Ed
PRIVATE TRAINING. AT HOME.
Mike & Fiona
Mike and Fiona have trained with Dave for multiple years through Private In-Home Training.
Their workouts are built around their individual physical goals, with exercises adapted when injuries or other limitations need to be accounted for.
The training continues to change and challenge them—but always with a purpose: helping them become stronger and more fit.
“Dave is there to help you achieve what you are looking for.”
— Mike & Fiona
FROM HEALTH TO FITNESS
Michael
Michael came to Regenerate Strength after working with his doctor at Regenerate Health Medical Center following an injury.
As his needs shifted, individualized fitness became a natural extension of that work. And because Michael lives outside Santa Barbara, Remote Coaching allowed him to continue training with ongoing feedback, adjustments, and support.
The distance didn't make the coaching feel distant.
“It feels intimate and personal and that someone is right there with me as I am working out daily.”
— Michael
TRULY INDIVIDUALIZED
Eric
Eric had experienced other gyms and fitness programs before working with Regenerate Strength.
What stood out was the level of attention—the effort to understand his individual exercise patterns, abilities, and what he needed from his training.
For Eric, that relationship extended beyond simply following workouts. The coaching provided information and support when motivation or life got in the way.
“The level of attention and professionalism has been unparalleled from all of my past gym and fitness experiences.”
— Eric
RESULTS YOU CAN FEEL
Some of the Most Important Progress Never Shows Up on a Scale.
It’s easy to measure pounds, reps, miles, or the weight on the bar.
And those things can matter.
But some of the results that change your life the most are harder to put on a chart.
You trust your body more.
You stop avoiding things because you're worried you can't do them.
You move with more strength, control, and confidence.
You become more consistent because your program actually fits your life.
You realize you're capable of more than you thought.
You keep doing things that matter to you as you get older.
Fitness isn't really about what you can do in the gym.
It's about what being stronger allows you to do everywhere else.
READY TO START?
What Would Progress Look Like for You?
Maybe it's getting stronger. Moving better. Returning to something you love. Feeling more confident in your body. Or staying capable for the years ahead.
You don't need to know which program you need.
You don't even need to know exactly how you're going to get there.
Tell me where you are, what you want your body to be able to do, and what's been getting in the way.
We'll figure out the right place to start.
