PRIVATE STUDIO TRAINING
One-on-One Coaching.
Without the Crowded Gym.
Train one-on-one with me in my private San Roque studio, where every session is built around your goals, abilities, and the way your body responds to training.
No fighting for equipment. No generic workouts or competing for your coach's attention. Just focused coaching and a program designed specifically for you.
Your goals. Your program. My full attention.
PRIVATE. FOCUSED. BUILT AROUND YOU.
A Training Environment Designed for Coaching.
A private studio changes more than where you work out.
There’s no waiting for equipment, navigating a crowded gym, or trying to figure out whether you’re doing something correctly while your trainer is distracted by everything else happening around you.
When you train with me, the session is yours.
Your program is already planned around your goals and current abilities. I can watch how you move, coach technique in real time, adjust when something isn’t working, and progress your training based on how you are responding.
That means we can spend less time working around the environment—and more time actually coaching.
The equipment we need. The privacy to focus. My full attention.
MORE THAN A WORKOUT
Every Session Has a Reason for Being There.
Private training isn't about showing up and having me invent a hard workout for the day.
Your sessions are part of a larger program built around what we're trying to accomplish. What we do today is influenced by what you've done before, how you're responding to training, and where we're trying to go next.
During your sessions, I'm paying attention to more than whether you complete the reps.
I’m looking at how you move, how you respond to coaching, where technique begins to change, how you tolerate the work, and whether the training we're doing is producing the adaptation we actually want.
That information helps determine what comes next.
01 — COACH
Technique matters.
I'll teach, cue, and adjust movements in real time so you understand why we're doing what we're doing—not simply what exercise comes next.
02 — OBSERVE
Your response gives us information.
How you move, perform, recover, and adapt tells me whether we should progress, modify, repeat, or occasionally pull something back.
03 — PROGRESS
The program changes as you do.
As your strength, capabilities, confidence, and goals change, your training should change with them.
You aren't just completing workouts. We're building your ability to train well.
IS PRIVATE TRAINING RIGHT FOR YOU?
Some Things Are Easier With a Coach Beside You.
You don't need one-on-one coaching because you're incapable of training on your own.
Sometimes you simply benefit from having an experienced coach there to teach, observe, adjust, and help you progress with more confidence.
Private Studio Training may be a good fit if you:
Want to get stronger but aren't sure where to start
You want a plan built around your current abilities—not a generic workout pulled from the internet.
Have trained before, but aren't getting the results you want
You're putting in the work, but need better programming, progression, or another set of experienced eyes.
Want to learn how to train correctly
You'd rather understand what you're doing and build confidence than constantly wonder whether you're doing it right.
Are returning to training after time away
Your body, fitness, or circumstances may be different now. Your training should account for that.
Have limitations that need to be considered
Previous injuries, movement restrictions, or other considerations don't necessarily mean you can't train—they mean your program needs to respect where you are.
Want accountability without being treated like a drill recruit
You want someone paying attention, expecting you to show up, and helping you stay consistent—without turning every workout into a punishment.
You don't have to figure everything out before you start. That's part of what coaching is for.
PRIVATE STUDIO TRAINING
The Right Amount of Coaching Depends on You.
Some clients benefit from training with me multiple times each week. Others need a period of more hands-on coaching before becoming increasingly independent.
There isn't one training frequency that's right for everyone.
How often we work together depends on your goals, training experience, current capabilities, schedule, and how much coaching support you need.
Private Studio Training
Single Session — $150
8 Sessions — $1,100
12 Sessions — $1,650
24 Sessions — $3,000
36 Sessions — $4,500
All sessions are 60 minutes and one-on-one in the private San Roque studio. Package savings are reflected in the prices above.
ALL NEW CLIENTS BEGIN WITH AN ASSESSMENT — $249
Before we decide how often we should train together, I need to understand where you're starting. Your Assessment gives me the information I need to recommend the right amount of coaching and the right path forward.
You Don't Need to Choose a Package Before We Meet.
The Assessment gives me the opportunity to understand your goals, movement, physical capabilities, work capacity, training history, and lifestyle before recommending how we should work together.
For some clients, Private Studio Training becomes their primary coaching service. For others, it may be combined with the 12-Week Jump Start or used alongside Remote Coaching as they become more independent.
The goal isn't to sell you the most sessions. It's to determine the amount of coaching that makes sense for you.
READY TO TRAIN?
Start With Where You Are.
You don't need to know how often you should train, which package makes sense, or exactly what your program should look like.
Tell me what you want your body to be able to do. We'll figure out the right way to get you there.
